If you have lost an item during your ride and it has been less than two days, you can try calling the driver as they are usually happy to return your belongings. An INR 250 fee is charged to you once your lost item is returned to pay a driver for their time.

However, if more than two days have passed or you were unable to reach an agreement with the driver, you can describe your lost item to us and we will help you get it back.

For instance, if you have lost the phone you requested the ride with, don't worry, we are here to help you. Please write to us and include two phone numbers: 1) where we can contact you now and 2) the number linked to the ride.
